We just released an exciting new feature leveraging Stripe's payment features (Stripe is Zendesk and TissueApp payment processing partner)
To update your billing details follow the instructions below:
1) Make sure you are a Zendesk admin (or you won't see the settings cog)
2) Head over to any ticket and open the App tray and find TissueApp
3) Click on the settings cog:
4) Scroll at the bottom of the settings and click on "Open Stripe Portal"
Once in the portal, update your payment details or add a new payment card (and remove the old one) and you're all set!
